And I suggest that you save the dramatic eye shadow techniques for nighttime wear as it can look too heavy for daytime.
I like to work with dramatic purple eyeshadow. My eyes are blue, so I can get away with this color. I suggest that you follow the basic rules on how to put on eyeshadow and then enhance your techniques in order to get a dramatic eye.
