Unfortunately, the skin around the eyes is thin and it is prone to several conditions that make applying eye makeup difficult to do, especially as we age. Fortunately there are some tricks that you can follow to improve your results.
Eye Makeup Trick #1 Moisturize
One of the most common problems that women have with eye makeup is that it can accentuate fine lines and crapiness around the eyes. One of the best ways to fix these problems is to apply a moisturizer to the eye lids in the morning, in the evening, and/or before you apply a new coat eye makeup. What has worked for me is using a night time firming cream around my eyes. Put a little bit on your ring finger and then gently smooth it over your upper and lower lids, as well as applying it to the skin around your eyes. This will help to revitalize your eyes, as well as tighten and lift the skin around your eyes.
