4 Steps Eye Makeup Application: Techniques For Beautiful And Attractive Eyes by Alice Calandra
Eye makeup is one of the most important parts in the overall cosmetic application technique. If you know how to apply eye make up which is suitable for your own; you could highly cheer up your appearance and attractiveness.
Here are the 4 important steps in eye make up application technique:
Cool Kids’ Party: applying false eyelashes
Wearing false eyelashes can really enhance a woman’s beauty. However, applying fake eyelashes so that they don’t look fake is sticky. The following tips might help.
Steps to follow in applying fake eyelashes:
Trim the lashes.
If the lash is wider than your eye, trim one side of it lash by lash.
Optionally, trim the individual lashes to make them look more natural. They should be longer towards the outer corner of the eye, and the lash length should vary slightly.
Squeeze eyelash glue onto the back of your hand and run the eyelash along it. Blow softly from edge to edge to make the glue a little less runny to apply your lashes.
Pick the lashes up with tweezers and bring it as close to your natural lash line as possible.
Tips for Applying Mascara on Blond Lashes
When you have dark colored eyelashes, you can throw on a layer of mascara without worrying about how it looks. The natural darkness in your lashes will blend with the mascara color so any faults are hard to see.
That’s not the case for those with blond or lightly colored lashes. This is most common in people with red or very light blond hair. When you take little care in applying your mascara, it will look messy and may even look as though your lashes are floating a few millimeters away from your eyelid.
Next time you’re set on applying mascara on your blond eyelashes, follow these steps to ensure your makeup look is fantastic.

Asian Beauty
Asian beauty covers a wide range of skin tones, and eye color variations. Unfortunately, not many address the all encompassing beauty that this term refers to. There are Southeast Asian beauties, Chinese beauties, Indian beauties; the list literally goes on and on. No matter the title, one thing is certain; this particular brand of beauty is incredibly intriguing, exotic, and gorgeous by any standard!
The best tip of all is to work to enhance the natural beauty of your face. Develop the exotic features that make you unique for an overall beguiling appearance.
- For the Hooded Eye: With a hooded eye, the goal is to open them up for a brighter overall affect. To create a wider eye and still maintain the beautiful shape, you can use a subtle contouring influence. Start with an overall application of a light shadow, from the lid to the brow.
Then, use a dark, medium color eye shadow on the hood of the eye, covering up the part of the lid that you want to recede. Then blend the darker shadow with the lighter color for a more natural recession. Make sure to avoid contouring shadows that are too dark; as they will only make the eyes look smaller.
Napoleon Perdis: Driving Under the Influence of Makeup
Weaving through the L.A. traffic on a recent morning, I spied a little transgression I witness almost every single day. The culprit, a brassy blond driving the car in front of mine, was talking hands-free, nursing a Starbucks coffee and applying mascara the color of her inky BMW 650 — all as she navigated three lanes of traffic on Wilshire Boulevard. Far be it from me to ever admonish a woman for wanting her lashes to look enviably lush, or her pout to glisten with a fresh coat of gloss, but there is something quite frightening about conflating your beauty regime and your daily commute. Risking your life for a quick rearview mirror makeover just isn’t worth it, and yet so many women around the country do precisely that.
Of course it didn’t help the situation that the mascara bandit was veering dangerously into other lanes. It was, to be honest, a relief when she finally swerved, Dukes of Hazard-style, into a side street. Lately we’ve heard lots about the evils of dangerously distracting driver’s seat tasks — texting, talking and even listening to music — but there have probably been few studies on the perils of tweezing while driving (another offender I noticed recently). Yet one only needs to be reminded of a tragic incident from last year, when an Illinois woman hit and killed a motorcyclist while painting her nails, to imagine the shocking consequences. Newscasters dubbed it the “Manicure Manslaughter.”
The mobile makeover is symptomatic of our multi-tasking lives, in cities with high numbers of commuters. The average Angeleno spends 72 hours a year in their cars — who knows the breakdown for driving under the influence of makeup? In a British survey almost a third of respondents confessed to touching up in their cars. Across the pond, getting caught red lipstick-handed warrants a careless driving fine, and up to two years in prison if the negligence causes death. I imagine it’s only a matter of time before the FCC or Oprah release their warnings about the subject here. In the interest of saving lives, I’ve come up with some speedy makeovers that even the most time-strapped woman can do in the safety of her boudoir.

How to apply concealer?
Step 1 – Put a small amount on your fourth fingertip and dot it on, moving from the outside corner of the eye inward, and back out again. The most important and easily overlooked place to put concealer is the inner corner of your top lid. Put a bit slightly below your dark circles to avoid the raccoon-like look.
