You do not necessarily have to match the make up of your eyes, nails, clothes and toes all together – rather, if you do so, you will develop a more clownish look. If you feel that you are not able to decide on your makeup color or not able to match it with your skin color, you can apply neutral colors. These colors look best on any type of skin.
